This blog really didn’t last long.
I’ll be leaving to live at my grandparents’ house and one of their rules is no internet.
Just know that I’ll be busy working HARD towards my goal to get fit and back into the Army.
So, so long until I’m out of basic!
Reblog this everytime I see it <3
Now that - is sexy. Not Kate moss.
Yes please, hardwork is key
I deleted the op /: I need it back on my blog.
Yesterday’s caloric intake.
Too happy about this.
Didn’t know there was one. But, I’m in. Great idea.
Cool idea! I’m in.
Well, this isn’t my first blog and I am certainly not at the beginning of my fitness journey. I am about one year in with my efforts. The picture on the left is from December 2009 and the picture on the right is from December 2010. I have already made some progress, which is how we get to the title of this fitblr, “Project Finish”. I know that fitness is not something that you finish. Rather, you maintain and continue it to keep a healthy lifestyle. My ‘finish’ is a weight goal though.
I also have a friend that has dropped a significant amount of weight in the past year. He has decided to join me in the fitblr community to keep himself accountable and motivated as well.
Well, let’s get this started:
My starting weight as of today is 159.6 lbs.
My first goal weight will be 155 lbs. Not much of a weight drop, but at 5’5” I will no longer medically be considered “overweight” once I reach 155!
I think I will keep going with 5lb increments until I reach my ultimate goal weight of 140lbs.
GIRL. Good for you. :)
Keep it up! You look amazing!
“You. Yeah, I’m talking to you. I kicked your miserable little ass tonight, didn’t I? Oh yeah, I did… and I’m gonna do it again tomorrow night. Suck it up wimpy.”
I’m freakin’ spent. Shower time for this sweaty sleepy girl.
She kicks my ass.
